HOTEL ARIZONA, Florence – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit cramped but still better than getting two separate rooms. They had a strange smell and appeared untidy. I got a room on the top floor, which felt stuffy with only a skylight/tilt window on the ceiling. The service provided was exceptionally friendly, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay at the Arizona Hotel in Florence was comfortable. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, making it perfect for exploring Florence without being stuck in traffic. The dining experience was of good standard but lacked that extra sparkle, and they really need to change the room fragrance. The facilities were decent overall.

My stay at the hotel was truly charming and comfortable. The rooms, although a bit tight for three people initially, were soon upgraded to another room which was far better than the first one, complete with excellent air conditioning. The service was amazing, with friendly and informative staff who went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, near the university and part of the old Jewish quarter, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The dining experience was clean, varied, and tasty, exceeding expectations. Overall, a delightful stay with great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The cosy terrace and quiet location made it a perfect retreat. The room was generally clean and very spacious, although a bit small causing me to rearrange the furniture. The sink being clogged was a minor inconvenience, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
